Jaha! Transfer time. drumrolll....I'm...staying in Jakobsberg! As expected. Syster Adamson is going to be my new companion. I've never met her but everyone keeps telling me that she's awesome so I'm excited! Syster Crawford is transfering to Södertälje to be in a tripan. She says that it's my fate to do the same thing sometime because right after her trainer, Syster Lindsay, finished training her, she moved to a tripan in Södertälje and now Syster Crawford is doing the same thing. But the good news is that I'm not a greenie baby anymore! haha.Just a regular old missionary. Elder Halterman is leaving too so yesterday during church they both spoke and I was just crying...but not because I'm sad they're leaving. I got so sad that one day I'm going to have to leave Jakobsberg. I love it here!! I love the ward here so much. But it's fine because I don't even have to think about that for another month and a half.

This week Nicki went through the temple for the first time and we went with her. It was so good to go back to the temple finally. It's so small and pretty in the middle of all these super tall trees. Oh it was so good.
This week while we were talking to people on the streets, a surprising amount of people just straight up told us that their life is like super hard and they aren't happy. Just like boom. Right there on the street, first sentence out of their mouth. And at first they always start to turn away but then we keep talking to them about how we find hope and happiness and so so many of them stay. And they listen. And by the end they want to meet with us. It has been incredible! And sometimes we actually say the dumbest things that are not inspiring or cool at all and then people are just like, here, have my number and call me. And we're just like, okay, we can do that. We really do nothing as missionaries. Like, we do stuff. duh. But this really is the Lord's work. We have done nothing splendid to get people to meet with us but they just want to meet. And then they just keep meeting with us. And they randomly get interested. And just wow. God really is taking care of Jakobsberg. Happy happy.

This week also the sisters in Täby had their cutest little investigator, Pontus, get baptized. It was the first baptism we've lived close enough to be able to go and see and it was so wonderful. Basically this year in Sweden has been like record breaking with baptisms. One week in January the area presidency/mission precidency guy who is over a big part of the European missions called President Beckstrand and was like, "you realize with the amount of baptisms you had this week that you're missionaries are a part of Sweden's history right now. Sweden has never had that many in one week." It really is cool to be here right now. To see the missionary work in Sweden move forward not just by teeny tiny baby steps but literal giant lunges.
I love you all! I am so so happy. Sweden is darling and these people are the cutest ever.
med kärlek,
Syster May
